Whistleblower system

Abena wants to be a good place to work and if individuals act unethically, regardless if such behaviour relates to financial issues or is directed at other employees, we take every violation extremely seriously. Help us fight corruption and business crime. Every violation reported is important and helps us prevent economic loss and damage to our reputation. Also, help us fight bullying, sexual or other harassment and violence  and violation of work safety rules on the job by reporting such behaviour as well, which is in violation of our global ethical code of conduct.

With your help, we can ensure our integrity and reliability, and thereby also our success, as well as making sure that Abena continues to be an attractive company to work in.

The whistleblower system may not be used to make false accusations against others and altogether, reporting of deliberately untrue information.

All reports are treated strictly confidential and anonymously if you so desire. We encourage you to provide your name in the report.

Regardless of whether you choose to remain anonymous or not, please open a secure post box or mailbox account, for examples a Google or Hotmail mail or other private mail. It is important that the e-mail is not Abena mail, and that you have unlimited access to that particular e-mail account. This makes it safer and easier for us to communicate.

All reports are strictly confidential. You can find more information on this in the menu section ”Privacy Policy” above.
